• Appointment and management of the professional team from feasibility stage to final completion and handover.
• Managing of the professional team consisting of the Architect, Land surveyor, Electrical engineer, Mechanical engineer, Structural engineer, Civil contractor, Civil engineer, Geo technical engineer, Fire engineer, Mechanical engineer, Town planner, land surveyor, Quantity surveyor and Main contractor.
• Viability Analysis, Developers Budget, Complete Costing Analysis, Programming and Cash Flow Projections.
• Facilitate sales function with site requirements. Facilitate final inspection and handovers with end user, including obtaining “Happy Letters”.
• Calculating and negotiating of interim payment valuations between the Financial Institution, the Developer and the Contractor.
